Send me a note, reblog this or do whatever, but I want to know what your favourite part of your body is right now. Don’t tell me, “I’d like my ___ if…” tell me what you love about yourself this minute. We need some self love up in this place today.
I love my ankles. No matter how heavy I got, my ankles stayed pretty fit and petite.
I found this while browsing yesterday and figured it was worth sharing. This couldn’t be more true.

I don’t like seeing anyone post images or entries about how they aren’t pretty enough to get someone or how they hate how other guys and gals are sexier, thinner and better. This is absolute bollocks.

If everyone else in the world abandons you or disappears, you still have yourself. Before you can find Mr. or Ms. Dream Lover, you have to love yourself. You will always attract the wrong type of person who will treat you like garbage if you don’t let the world know that you are confident and respectful of yourself.
Before you can love someone else, you need to acknowledge that no one is perfect and the things which make you unique are the same things that your friends, family and that dream lover will love about you.
We can’t all be super models or Hollywood stars. We can’t all marry professional athletes or be rich & famous. In all honesty, that lifestyle sucks and what most people don’t realise is that celebrities are more worried about the way they look than you could ever be because their entire fortune and lifestyle depends upon them staying skinny and pretty. You know why people don’t realise this? It’s because celebrities act like they have the world in the palm of their hands and they have self-respect and self-confidence.
Celebrate your differences and love yourselves!
