Weigh Day

was actually yesterday, but the power went out across my entire state and I was unable to post. :)

I have lost a little over 8 pounds since my last weigh day. I feel so freaking accomplished. I am only 1 pound from my first goal!

I lost five pounds within my two week timeframe. My BMI has dropped nearly two points and I have now lost a total of 9.7 pounds in 4 weeks. I’m so happy.
I really was afraid that I might have put some back on because of the holiday.
