My Aerobics Class

Daily Recommendation for a Healthy Diet
It’s pretty simple, folks. :)
5-10 ounces of bread, cereal, pasta, or rice
2-4 cups of vegetables
1 1/2 - 2 1/2 cups of fruit
3 cups of milk, yogurt, cheese
5-7 ounces of meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, or nuts
5-11 teaspoons of oils (unsaturated fats)
limited amounts of saturated and trans fats

I Haven't Quite Updated
just yet, but when my Aerobics class post comes up through my queue, you’ll see why… I have fifteen weeks left of the most intensive exercise I have ever done in my life. I have never felt so great. I was so sore when I woke up on Friday, I couldn’t move. It was awesome.

School Starts Monday!
I will be taking two exercise courses this semester. I have Yoga and Aerobics four days a week! I am really excited because I absolutely must attend because I will be graded and therefore, I cannot make excuses for fear of my GPA dropping.
