I’m back to parking in the lot the absolute furthest from my building so that I have to walk the distance twice. Distance? Half a mile. Not too shabby. I’m going back to wearing my pedometer to see how many steps I take between classes and such as well. :3

Try eating with your non-dominant hand! A recent study has shown that if you switch hands to consume food with whichever is not dominant, you are likely to eat 30% less than if you eat with your main hand.
