I Ate Pizza Yesterday
and it made me sick. I still have a stomach ache. It kind of sucks because I love pizza, but I have been eating very little processed food lately and I guess my poor stomach got used to the healthy stuff. Oh well, pizza still at least looks and smells yummy.

I Have A Secret
One of the things that really kicked my ass into gear to lose weight was my doctor. He has never called me fat or obese, but he always had advice and inspiration. Doesn’t sound that interesting? That’s because the truth is he’s super sexy and the thought of walking in for one more check-up looking the way I do now terrifies me.

Feeling Happy
Messing around with weight calculators and such… I want to lose about 107lbs and gave myself one year to complete my goal. According to the calculators, I need to eat around 1982 calories per day. Currently, I consume around 800-1200 calories per day. Today Was Fun
I took my dog to the park and did a couple of laps around the dirt trails. Going to do a little extra work in my routine tonight to make up for the huge meal I just had to celebrate Father’s Day. I also got some new running shoes soooo no more exercising in Converse hi-tops!

I've Decided
it’s best to just lose weight until I feel and am healthy. The weight range for my height is 120-155lbs, which leaves me a 35lb area of not knowing what looks and feels best until I actually get there… crazy. My doctor even said anywhere between 140-160lbs would be great and the Marine Corps. told me 130, haha. I’m aiming for 140lbs and I’ll see how it is from there.
